Update regarding the Canada Post strike action

We are currently contacting customers to resolve the situation. Emails from IRL Merch / Dan & Phil Shop will include your order reference.

What does this mean?

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing strike action at Canada Post, we are unable to offer the standard Royal Mail delivery service.

How can I receive my order sooner?

We are able to ship via DHL Express however this unfortunately does come at a higher cost. Customers should receive instructions by email, describing how to upgrade to DHL Express shipping.

What happens if I don't upgrade?

If you decide not to upgrade, we'll keep your order safe at our warehouse until the strike action is resolved.
